Gary is the Assistant Director for International Financial Service in Singapore, and is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Financial Adviser, where he has been based since 2006.
As well as providing generic financial planning, Gary’s experience and background in pension planning provides an expertise in retirement issues for expatriates. Examples range from the analysis of [and advice around] existing pension assets, through to the structuring of personal investments in preparation for income needs in retirement. The latter includes asset and liability modelling for income provision and tax efficiency specific to clients’ retirement location(s).

A graduate of the Royal Free Hospital (University of London) in 2000, Dr Foong Tsin Uin became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) in 2005.
Originally from Singapore, Dr Foong was previously a Partner in a Family Practice in Swiss Cottage, London serving the needs of a large expatriate community. She has also worked for 10 years in a central. London Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation centre and in Palliative Care.
Her interests include Children¹s Health, Contraception & Family Planning, Dermatology and Family Medicine.

Alka has been working as the Manager of the CRCE part-time since 2008 providing continuous enhancement of the job search and career related programs. As a Career & Intercultural Consultant, she has trained over 1000+ individuals on job search related workshops at CRCE, high schools and universities with affiliated trainers and facilitators in Singapore and around the region.
A regular contributor to the Singapore American Newspaper & other publications. She also works with global leaders in international corporations easing international mobility by addressing the assessment, training and coaching needs of their global employees. She has served on several HR & Management Boards in Hong Kong and Singapore.
She is extremely passionate about leveraging an individual’s career hiatus towards making a personal & corporate difference. She loves travelling and reading more about community diversity in this global arena.
