This de-stress experiential workshop by Essentially Meridian teaches you meridian acupressure massage and guasha using TCM herbal essential oils. In addition, it teaches you how to also use aromatherapy to help you manage stress.
Common health ailments that you will learn to relieve includes stiff and painful neck & shoulder, chronic headache, insomnia, interrupted sleep, fatigue and outbreak of acne. These will all help you de-stress and manage your body’s condition.
