Want do something special this holiday season?
This Christmas, bring a little holiday shine to your hall that will share joy and hope for our children in Cambodia.
We’re opening our first family-centred shelter in Phnom Penh that will bring intensive help to families in deep crisis, so children experiencing abuse and exploitation can begin to experience a childhood that’s safe, healthy and loving.
This season, get a box of shimmering handmade silk ornaments from Riverkids. As you decorate your tree and share these beautiful little gifts with your loved ones, you’ll be sharing some of that holiday joy and hope with our children in Cambodia as we build a house of healing for families in crisis, looking for a better and bright new year.
“I’ve brought back a beautiful range of Christmas ornaments made by Riverkids women and wonderful social enterprises in Cambodia. Meeting these women personally and hearing their stories has been life-changing. We’ve already got pre-orders from friends of Riverkids for super-adorable deer, penguins, dolphins, angels and stars!
Knowing that the money raised would give these women a bright and sustainable future makes these ornaments such meaningful Christmas decorations that deserve a place on your Christmas tree this year.”
– Paula Geer, Australia

We’ve also got a much larger collection of gifts made in Cambodia selected just for you and they will be featured at all the Fairs Riverkids is participating in.
From gorgeous and richly coloured silk scarves and pouches to creatively handwoven bracelets and incredibly cute Christmas ornaments, you’ll find the gift that you want that will tell your friends that you care for Riverkids’ children while they can enjoy great gifts that help our women and families in Cambodia.
Visit us to say hi to our friendly volunteers, learn more about Riverkids and how to get involved!
See you soon,

- Numama and Project Inspire are ticketed events but there is no charge for visiting our booths! Both are wonderful and inspiring events, so if you’d like to learn more about great causes, click here to register your attendance at Project Inspire 2015. Hear aspiring candidates from around the world present their 5-minute story to pitch their inspired idea on how they will use design or technology as a tool in their work to enable and empower women economically throughout Asia, the Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Ten Project Inspire finalists and Riverkids will feature our booths.
- Please click here for enquiries on ANZA Morning Tea where you can meet other Aussies and Kiwis in Singapore.
- A big thank you to five amazing groups who helped our Riverkids Fairs this season: the Swiss School for their ongoing support in featuring our products through their Advent Reading, our volunteers who are hosting the numerous Christmas fairs, our Sew Happy women who made a special selection of ornaments for you, our children in Cambodia who make all this worthwhile, and YOU!
